... after classes so I took a nice nap before dinner. After dinner I went to the Philosophy meeting where we had a philosophical discussion about Beauty. It went pretty well, but people were kind of scattered not finishing most thoughts. After that meeting I read Antigone before packing and heading to bed. We have a 5am wake up call tomorrow so it's buona note! Baci dalla Due ...

Today has been exhausting. We received a 5:30am wakeup call
so we’d be dressed and ready to go by 7am. 7am we departed on the buses for
Rome. There’s something about arriving in Rome while there’s still the cool of

... lecture. Then it was off to the last class of the day, Art and Arch. We went over the portrayal of man in statues and began discussing the Parthenon. A harder class, partly because of the accent and English skills and also partly because of the material itself. After class and lunch (which was quite good today) I headed off for a much needed map. We don't have today's classes again until next Monday, so ...

Today began with brunch as do most weekend days. After which I saw some people who we're returning from their various trips before heading off to do homework. It was a chill day of doing homework gradually (it wasn't going to take all day) and visiting with people who arrived back on campus. I finished reading Oedipus Rex, wrote a paper on The Eumenides, finished reading Plato's work Phaedo, and wrote a critical summary. In the midst ...
