... and plastic ponchos. We caught the shuttle airport bus (good at only 6 euros each) with a very cute tiny dog in his mums bag on board! And then at the airport, another shuttle bus to get to the hire car yards, about 10 minutes away.
It was quite entertaining on the bus in that we were jammed in and the door wouldn’t shut, but then turns out this was from the rain mucking up the door mechanism. The driver attempted it about 20 times with no ...

We wanted to go up the funicular, but with the heat being about 36-37 we just didn't want to be in the sun anymore. We went back to our room, turned on the fan chilled out and planned what we would do for the next few ...

They met some lovely Australians at breakfast but it was cut short by needing to go to the garage. willow and I had fun following Jean Pierre in his Volvo up some pretty steep hills. I always feel better in the morning. The men looked at me while they had coffee and JP did another job. When he got back the news was that there was no real problem and we were ok to go on. We raced back to the convent in real Italian style. After saying good bye they left me with JP and to my ...
