Back on the bus for a lunch stop in Ravello. But first off out talented bus driver had to get through the tiny roads up the hill. It was exciting to watch and seeing the amount of cars that had to back up to let us through. We were also so close to the edge and hitting the cars and the people off the road. Best bit was watching people on scooters **** their pants trying to pass a car on the other side of the road around a corner only to find a big bus coming towards ...

After a night in a room with windows all at peace, then down for a breakfast fit for a king and queen. Is Don is good. We catch the courtesy transport into Amalfi, we are about five minutes on between it and Minori. The girls see dress shops so we leave them to it whilst we check out the lay of the land down at the harbour. We arrived in Revello late afternoon and took a stroll round the village, hill and steps of course! Late night fireworks for a lady that made 100 years, sadly not because we had ...

... were not particularly clean, and most walls were covered in graffiti... Unless I'm just getting to be all grumpy and travelled out, which I certainly hope is not the case, as I've barely begun the second part of the trip: I still have about 19 cities left to visit on my way back to Australia! Anyway, I spent the afternoon wandering around, and found a place to grab some lunch (pizza of course - I'm going to have to walk from one end of Venice to the ...

... with its splendid natural balcony lined with marble busts, overlooking the Amalfi Coast. One can view the lemon groves, the little houses clinging to the hills, an expanse of green/blue waters. The passing of time matters not, bewitched by such beauty, such Divine generosity.
We spend hours just lounging on the green grass, alongside two large circular beds of yellow flowers. Time to leave, hunger demands, off in search of sustenance. Try to go to a well regarded place, ...
