... By far the best pavilion was Kazakstan. you walked in, and there was a lady drawing with sand. And then you went into this room and had onn 3-D glasses. You sat in chairs that also moved. It was incredible. I stayed there from 9am to 5pm, and right now I am exhausted! I cannot wait to go to sleep. And tomorrow, when I wake up, it will be m birthday :) So I am excited to celebrate and see what Italy does for me on my sweet sixteen. Thats all for now ...

This afternoon we went to a small church festa in Albano. Here we bought a frittela. It basically a ...

... afternoon, Nathan, Tilly and I, had our first of what I hope will be many excursions into Milan. We took the bus from near our apartment to a metro stop and then the metro to the Duomo. It was pretty surreal to climb the stairs out of an underground train station see the enormous cathedral gradually emerge, step by step. We wandered around the shops and I took them to "Panzerotti Luini" which was as amazing as the first time and slightly less busy! Then we went for Nathan ...

... 10 bikes are mad keen to race though there are times they do have moments when the red mist comes down and it's on! Afternoon pit stop and expresso it's decision time some of the pelaton want to get back to base to pack as they have big road trips planned for tomorrow on their way back home and there are others like myself who want to stay and play some more. So we split again into a smaller posse some head home while we,take off for Cortina. Good call as we get ...
