    ... overnight stop at Mmmmm. We pass through more stunning scenery including another hill top town called Episcopi. Eventually, aft dark, we arrive at the town of mmmmm, but cannot find the hotel so we stop at s petrol station and a driver who is filling up,is very helpful and said if we follow him he will take us the.......which he does and were very grateful as we do not know how we would have found it otherwise! ...

    ... phone or text Katia to arrange pick up and rather embarrassingly we had ordered drinks thinking that we could kill time, only to discover that Pietro was already waiting. The waitress didn't look too happy having already opened the beer! We were dropped again at the post office in town and we wandered through the streets this time of course in daylight looking for the restaurant that we had tried to book the evening before. Unfortunately it was still busy and no table available ...

    ... a swim in the water but it is not compulsory! There was also a huge bottle of champagne/fizzy wine that was going round (see picture).

    Having dinner tonight in front of the television to watch Napoli in their first game of the season. Serious business in Italy and I expect 'nonna' will be at the front cheering on her team!
