      ... next stop was the brand new Aeroscopia Aircraft Museum which only opened last week. This museum is dedicated to all types of aircraft both military and civilian.       ... said they enjoyed the exhibit and took away an appreciation what these men and women did to stand up and fight and die for their beliefs and country when they felt the Vichy Government of Southern France and the German occupation of Northern France was not in their interests. We are all looking forward to returning to Toulouse to visit their Resistance Museum which has received some very good reviews.

      ... of flowers. This has an Appellation d'origins contrôlée which was established only in 1990 after about 10 years of waiting for this - a speed record no doubt in France. The rules state that this is a blend of one third armagnac and two-thirds fresh grape juice from the same vineyard.

      So, we journeyed through the rolling countryside munching on our fresh croissants blissfuly unaware of what we were about to let ourselves into!
