... arrived late, having ridden through Slovakia in a day, then the bridge to the site was closed so had to sit twiddling thumbs till I finally got on to the Island.

... I then walked all the way to another bridge. Walked over and then walked next to the parliament building. Finally picking up some snacks for the train trip mañana and then heading back to the hotel. Cleaned up and then went out for Thai food that I walked past yesterday. ... all my stuff was gone and so was everyone, which freaked me out, but then Jessie found me with all my stuff on top of her and then we left and walked back to the hostel, which consisted of us walking in the wrong direction for half an hour because our apartment was pinned on my phone as the wrong place!! Finally we got back and passed out.

From Stockholm we flew to Budapest in Hungary. Budapest is a grand and beautiful city, and it was very interesting to learn about the history of the area. Budapest became a city in 1873 with the administrative union of 3 cities - Buda to the west, Pest to the east, and Obuda to the north.
