The market square is an urban ensemble with the two diagonally contiguous areas - the Salt Market and the square in front of St. Elisabeth's Church. Eleven streets lead to the market: two to each corner, two narrow lanes and an opened out side square, Kurzy Targ ("Chicken Market").

All the kids get to open presents on Dec 6th and on Christmas. I’m very jealous. I wish we got presents twice. I need to go back and see the tree now that it is lit. Here we discovered that yeast is drożdże; baking powder is proszku do pieczenia; butter milk is maślanka; cinnamon is cynamon; and brown sugar is brązowy cukier. Of course, when Joe went to the store, the words weren't exactly the same, but they were close enough to Google's version to purchase.
