By the way, Wroclaw become only part of Poland after WW 2, before it belonged to Germany. Wroclaw was called Breslau. Despite never having been there, I heard a lot about. My mother grew up in this district. In 1946 all people living there were put into cattel wagons, and moved away. My mother finally found a way to Switzerland, and the rest is history.

... alas, I couldn't find the bus. I asked just about everyone at the bus station which platform to wait at and showed them my ticket. I was told many different things. I was on the verge of tears because there was only 2 minutes until this bus, where ever it was, was about to leave when finally a kind bus driver took me to platform 5 where I asked the other people waiting there of they were going to Berlin on the 7am bus and thankfully they said yes. ...

Its Mother's day - Happy Mother's day mum!!!

Well we were off on a adventure today to Breslau (Wraclaw in Polish).

A nice drive for about 2 hours on the autobahn - where you can drive as fast as you like in places!!!! - Take your heart tablets or go to sleep....better still do what Paul and my Uncle did and pack some roadies - LOL

A young drivers dream I suspect being able to drive as fast as ...

Dinner for one :( Oh which reminds me, if your ever in krakow, I found this awesome polish food restaurant next to Wawel Castle called Pod wawelem codziennie. That was literally the best meal I've ever eaten. Some sort of Hungarian style pork knuckles with a spicy sauce with beetroot salsa and wedges.
