... as we were still a bit jet lagged and had driven about 200 Km so a good meal was an important item on the agenda. It is only 9 pm and we can't keep our eyes open any longer. Breakfast is not served until 8.30 am - things certainly don't move quickly in the morning here - so ample opportunity to catch up on some much needed sleep.
... why it is lovingly given in heart shapes. We met a very friendly farm dog who wanted his belly rubbed and some massive dairy cows. Tonight we are showing off our dance moves. We head off early tomorrow morning to visit the market town of EU. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow afternoon to share all our adventure stories. ...

O.K. We've eventually arrived in France and these are the highlights so far:-
* Found two and a half tennis balls. Apparently I've got a good hit rate as I find more than I loose, the half ball was my favourite as I hadn't had a ball for ages.

It's sunny as we arrive at the ferry terminal and queue to board. Once on the car deck, we are greeted by a lovely deckhand who told us that yesterday, they had to be towed out of harbour - but today was much better.
... to Southampton for his habitation service and some other odds and ends to be done. He will be cleaned inside and out and be readied for his next trip. The plan is to take him to Wales to introduce him to Livvy and Millie in the next few weeks. Then he will be prepared for his Christmas trip to Alet-les-bains and the Languedoc. Only seven weeks to go before he puts his French specs on again.
