    Au revoir France

A travel blog entry by legoodtimesroll on Jul 17, 2015

... camping trip. We have done a lot of travelling, Graham's successful triathlon, a family camping weekend, a visit to Auntie Irene's, celebrating Bastille day twice, were just some of the highlights. Looks like we're off the Lisbon next year for the same EU championships, as Graham has pre qualified. Not forgetting Chicago in ...

    The Beach

A travel blog entry by hoppermoore on Jul 16, 2015

Today we drove north toward the coast. We visited a small medieval town called Valerie. Then we went to the beach for a swim. It was really warm, about 90 degrees. The beach was immensely crowded. It was our first time to swim in the English Channel. Unfortunately we did not get any photos of the ...

Another 10 or 12 yachts did exactly the same, so we don't feel at all wimpish now. We didn't fancy 8-10 hours in a washing machine and better safe than sorry. With being rafted up to the motor boat on Friday the rubber trim (coach strip) has been pulled out its track so there's ...

... I finished my book I went back to the house to greet Frank and Tony. We made some lunch and then I went back to the beach with them for a little bit. After the beach, Frank prepared the salmon for dinner and then him and Anna took me to an Internet cafe so I could call my family! I talked to my dad and Deanna, then MăMă and Jimpa, then my mom, an then Sara for a bit! It was really nice hearing their voices and catching up with everyone and I even got to send them some pictures of the ...
