Having to work again is inevitable (unless we win the lottery...or one of YOU does and wishes to finance us!) and something we are obviously not looking forward to, to say it politely. Next up, among other sights, are the German and Austrian Alps, before we head into Italy to catch a ferry to Corsica for eighteen days. This was a much needed break and our batteries are recharged. We're looking forward to tomorrow morning when we start Freda up and hit the open road again!

The parking for campers was pricey - twenty euros - but they allow you to sleep in the lot, so it was nice not to have to drive anywhere after. There are even bathrooms with showers, which are actually nicer than many of the campgrounds we've been to. So we will spend a few days here recuperating ...

Well, we've now been in Landshut at Yvonne's sister's place (Babette) for almost a week now, and it looks like we won't be leaving for Spain til Thursday or Friday (or even Saturday?!). There have been quite a few things to take care of, including getting our campervan in good working order, before we head out.
