So, you can just imagine the conversations, the stories and the joy! For the first time I ate 'pizza soup' and because I will bring home the recipe, so now all my friends will be able to try it too :) It was delicious!! Auntie Paula thought Henry was exactly like her ...

... originally dividing East and West Germany is still standing. It is quite confronting when you see it in reality. Even the windows of the people in the East had to be bricked up if they faced the west! And then, we were driven to meet with extended family in Schwulper. We had a wonderful lunch - German style with the obligatory schnitzel etc. etc. Attending this celebration was Uncle Hans (Opa's brother) and his wife Hannelore, Lydia (cousin) and Werner ...
