    ... we could get the 14:10 ferry so we headed down on the tram again stopping to buy quick lunch on the way... The ferry ride is also included in our Zurich card so we were able to hop on and sit down and enjoy looking at very expensive houses that are overlooking the waterway...with the alps in the distance it was beautiful....and we went past the Lindt factory...we did not go in as you can't actually do a tour it is just a shop to buy seconds.     ... we saw an awesome valley where the road we was taking wound down. Up in front of us was also a touristy spot so we all went to have a look. We could see behind the building some snow, or so we thought. It turned out to be the only Glacier in Europe that you could drive to. It also had a Ice grotto that was 2300 meters above sea level. The 100 meter long blue ice tunnel with chamber (the grotto) had been cut out every year and this since more than 170 years. We ...

    ... bus. In defence the roads were extremely windy.

    Words cannot describe today, It was probably the best tour so far on this trip, actually probably the Best Tour we have ever done, Our Guide "Kid" was amazing and the Views were beyond belief. I thought we had some beautiful places in Australia but they cannot compare to the Views on top of the Swiss Alps for natural Beauty.

    The tour guide and I walked through the next days activities of the walking tour, visiting Mt Pilaltus, how we would pace the tour, gondolas up the mountain, lunch on top then the Cogwheel descent to pick up a boat and cruise on the lake. With a total of 60 passengers we will be handling we wanted to make sure we can keep all together and happy with the movement.

    ... Switzerland flag flew proudly. I had put a few miles on these legs and saw a great outdoor restaurant that faced this popular square which made for a nice background setting as I regained fuel for my second half of the day, checking out the Zurich Zoo. I walked my way back to Rail City and boarded Tram 6 which I took till the last stop, Zurich Zoo. I was quite impressed with how clean and new looking the zoo looked.
