... that made us wet so we came back to the room and read for a while. Then late lunch in a place called Emma's that did traditional German food and I wasn't expecting a lot from. It was surprisingly good - meatballs, goulash, chicken and almonds and sauerkraut and, of course, potatoes! Definitely recommend this place if you are ever in Berlin. Back to the Christmas market near us ...

... crossing point area, volunteers would then divert the runners so spectators could cross to a middle point, then divert the runner the other way so the people could cross. The lawn of the Reichstag was serving as a athlete recovery zone so a perfect photo wasn't going to happen. *check into Hitler and nazi use of Reichstag. ... they actually were. They had very nice stacks and drinks. The Air Berlin plane was a propeller plane. We got to it by bus. The seats were like the ones used on NZ planes, quite comfortable.
