... are far more appealing to adults, too! The name 'Berlin' comes from a Slavic word meaning swamp, as the city has a very high water table, which explains the presence of the blue and pink pipes overhead in some streets - they are not an arty thing, they are actually pumping water out of the ground. Buildings' height used to be capped as the height of a fireman's ladder - sound German sense coming through there! It's a very green city with a ...

The girls looked at each other like they wanted to say no but didn't know how so I said It won't take me long to eat this pasta and then they hesitantly said I could sit there for a little bit. My last night in Berlin was pretty chilled. After dinner I went upstairs and sat near ...

... for trains anywhere that make any sense to a tourist. We knew that we had to take three different trains to reach our destination. We made it to the first stop alright but then we had no idea where to go. The train times did not match up with our rail planner app and the signs that the trains had over them did not have final destinations... they just had a major stop along the way. The train that we had to take were a lot like metro trains. Both ...
