Had a lazy morning and headed to Caz and Robs 320 kms away. The trip was easily the most Scenic trip. The iPhone thought it would be fun to take us over the top of the mountain on pass called The Spluggen Pass. The roads were narrow, twisty and steep. To top it off we discovered a low tunnel that said 2.2 m half way up a steep road!!! Help!!! We had to get out and generally panic!! Luckily ...

    ... updating this lot.
The hotel is way up high, very picturesque, and it's a sort of cabin style.
It lovely tho and you are in the neighbourhood, definitely worth a visit.
Breakfast was great, and the people really friendly. One fella, it seems all the locals use this for morning coffee break, asked me how you say bon appetite in English and all I could think was, Enjoy.
Now off to see an absent mighty four.

Wanted to stop but, the only car park was full, the one street already had four motorbikes parked outside the only pub, and the McDonalds seat was taken, and the local hooker had already pulled the mayor!
Obviously all thats a joke, but I did get through it quite quickly, and wanted to find somewhere to stay.

Greetings from a very small country

The stairs and walkways were covered in snow and ice but the sun was shining, and despite it being zero degrees it felt warmer because it was very still. Next I returned to Chamonix and we headed for Switzerland. We didn't know too much about Switzerland so made a uneducated decision to head for the city of Lausanne which ...

... crowds – like tour buses full of them

Pushy people that would seriously try to cut my daughter out of line for apfel-donuts.

It is COLD here, why are we shopping outside??
