      35 kms AM - A nice sunny ride out of Kelheim this morning along the north side of the Danube, no sign of rain! A lot of cycling is along the top of levee banks on firm gravel.       ... He sat up on a stool while she serenaded him pretending she was explaining an infidelity to her finace! He was so animated with her, he had the room in stitches!!       It's not every day that you get to cycle along the Danube on a glorious Autumn day. A group cycled 12 kms (24 km round trip) to the replica of the Parthenon known as the Valhalla which was constructed between 1830 and 1841. Once we reached the grounds we then had to secure our wheels and climb the 466 steps to the top.
