Sorry I have been remiss in writing. So much to do, it wears me out! Today we started by walking across the Seine River to catch a 'jump on and off' bus' In front of the Musee Orsay. We toured the city with good audio explanations of history, witnessed almost continuous traffic jams and were very grateful we were not driving. Steve was ready to take the next train to the country! But as with all things bus related. The bloody thing was a no show. So she sat for hours ...

We slept late today and started the day slowly. Dave went out to get breakfast and came back with fresh crepes with chocolate and bananas. Yum! What a way to start the day. I have always been a country girl, but city living certainly has some advantages! We got ready and headed off to the Louvre. We decided to walk as it has been a beautiful day. It took about ...

... a wabbit that Scott will cook later. I bought some sheep's cheese called Brebis which I like and some almond biscuits which no one likes. We tried donkey sausage (not it's its sausage just suausage made from donkey) and pigs back and white currants amongst other things. You know we have eaten so much amazing food but we will have to check in with the Doc when we get home as our blood is pure cholesterol!
