    ... then went to tour the castle. Had a real coughing episode as we drove to the castle, felt really strange but once we arrived the coughing stopped. Enjoyed walking the castle and took a few photos. Decided to stop and buy some chocolate. Went to leave and the lady started going off in French. Ended up paying 20€ for the chocolate. It better be nice. Jen Jen not impressed. Time for a holiday. Sad that Kate is leaving us ...

    ... 2am. Made us wish we had taken up the offer of a local swimmer who said we could camp on her front lawn, but the grass was knee high so perhaps wasn't the best.
    Wandered up the mountain to just before the 2nd corner (there are 21!) where we found a spot next to a family from W.A. who had set up a little Aussie embassy.     ... night come in at the top (324m up). Eiffel had an apartment at the top where he would hold parties! It was really windy and cold at the top. We went down and watched the light show on the tower which occurs every hour.
