... the class to th students. Although it is a very basic class, the students are still using saws (hand) to make something. That was amazing to me. It allows students at a very young age to get exposed to a possible future career. As in the US, Switzerland is also finding it hard to figure in time for physical education and they have also had some reduction in classes and recesses. After the tour we met with Anya, her principal a 4-5 teacher, and a secondary ...

... station and boarded the train after eating some lunch. Couldn't hike any further if I wanted to, as there were no more paths after this, only the rail tunnel. Hiked up 1,462 feet in total, from Wengernalp to Eigergletscher, and called it good on cardio for the day.

Train then enters a large tunnel. Tunnel goes from Eigergletscher to Jungfraujoch, carving its way through 4.43 miles of rock while climbing 4,570 feet. Steepest gradient is 25%; ...

... would 100% do it again in a heartbeat.

Interlaken was the most serene and absolutely breathtaking place I have ever been and I hope to get the chance to return one day to spend more time and possibly ski. It definitely isn't a place to go on a budget, but if you have the money and the time, it should be on your bucket list for sure!

P.S. I took about 400 photos in one weekend, so this is just a snippet of what was there. Absolutely breathtaking everywhere!
