Journey to Interlaken
... to Grindelwald, a small ski resort village in between Eigerwand and Tschuggen peaks. ... I got the cable cars back down the mountain and took the train to Fiesch where I planned on going up to the Eiggishorn.
As I was going up I gazed into the sky and noticed tonnes of paragliders, it is apparently the place to come and you can even do a tandem. I thought about it but just did not have the time. You can also do rock climbing and they have these suspension wires you can also test yourself on.

Bettmeralp: The Better Alp!
... has to pay 2 Sfr for EVERY bag of garbage). The cheese and bread are fantastic. Everyone is always on time. After trying half a dozen varieties of chocolate in the country, Lindt 70% dark chocolate is still one of the best mass produced chocolate found anywhere. I had a fantastic week in the country and will be back once I find a find a rich husband! Thanks to A and K for being such wonderful hosts and spoiling ...
Interlaken
... the Alps. We have a very cute room at the Villa with our host Frau, the cutest 86 year old woman who greeted us at the door and gave us a full tour of everything. Tomorrow we plan on heading up the Jungfraujoch the highest point in Europe. We are hoping it warms up a little so we can still go canyoning and make the most of our time here!
