    ... they REALLY look after them beautifully - the grass is like a carpet - it NEVER goes brown and it is SO lush!! They puts bells on any animal that might get lost, they fence with only one string (which might be electric - I didn't check, but didn't hear any electricity going through it) - I saw bells on cows, sheep and goats (and apparently all outside cats have bells on to stop them catching birds - mice? Jake has never seen one here - it's too clean!!!) Then, in ...

    Amazing weather today - bright sunshine with slightly crisp temperature. Our guided walk started by taking the cable car half way up the mountain. We still walked up plenty of hills though!     ... their pastures become ski runs. We got some use of the toboggan ride too and I'm sure we will go on it again and get some photos next time. At the top of the cable car we found a lodge serving great apple strudel. Adrian had pancakes with apple sauce but they were not like any pancakes we have ever had before.
