... glass tables shattering, cupboards opening and tableware splattering onto the tender wooden floors. The crew, the guests all sick from the motions of the sea. Myself, the cook, the deckhand, and captain all remain in panic stage. Every rain drop of energy was squeezed out. The reserve tank was surely in full force. Not only satisfying guests but also securing the boat, a work day to not be forgotten and good test to sea sickness, and I passed....

Bangkok:

It's at least 3 hours after my bedtime (dinner hasn't happened yet either). We should be boarding with take off due in 10 minutes. It's been a tearful day even though I managed to avoid most farewells at Globalteer. Marilyn did arrive as I was leaving but she waggled her finger and gave me strict instructions not to cry.
