Our next stop was a hotel in Conelles just south of Rouen, it was a good three hour drive so we hit the motorway and cruised on there, we had a couple of stops at viewpoints but didn't see anything of note. We were there before 8:00am but the boulangerie there was closed also. So we drove a bit further to Thonac and arrived at the epicierie (grocery store) just as the bread was being delivered.

After breakfast, six of us squeezed into the minivan and drove back to ...

... have had to squeeze through what looked like a very narrow gap between the rocks to get there, so even though it said parking for camping cars and busses, I didn't take a chance, well I don't have eyes on the top of the van, so I can't see how close I am to the jutting rocks, so a 6 point turn was called for on a very narrow road. ...
