Yay for dietary requirements! We've been fed terrible thick bum sandwiches so I switched to lactose free diet for the rest of the trip. There are two gluten free and two vegetarians on the trip and now I've joined their ranks. What this means is I get salads for lunch instead of horrible sandwiches. The other aspect of this cultural immersion is I have not thought about the Oilers once. That has been healthy for my blood pressure.

... to be in the apartment. Annie went off for swim in the very nice pool next door. Free for us, part of the apartment deal. Annie reports it was beautiful, warm and puts our public pools to shame. Now after a nice meal and more wonderful Austrian wine we shall settle down to Poldark.... sad I know.

Tomorrow we are off to ...
