No rest for the wicked, we are off to see the Swarovski Kristallwelten. Its a 20min trip out of the city and when you get there you are greeted by face bedded into a grassy bank with water streaming from its mouth into a pool beneath. Lights either side guide you up the path way. As you enter you are blown away by crystal and shiny things everywhere. . Forest thaw
... 3 miles uphill is no mean feat and all of us arrived at the mountain farm station in good spirits and not too clapped out. The descent could have proved to be more than challenging, pretty much direct downhill through the forest, but the forest cover meant there was no ice to worry us and the descent was easy.
