    ... called Decathon and is apparently the most awesome sporting
    goods shop around. I must say, the shop was impressive, but the shopping center
    was even more so. The buildings are extremely modern and the surrounds are

    Set off by half 1 to drive up north to Friesland. The journey got greyer and greyer as we got further north.     Walked into town and had my haircut. A great feeling to have it cut after so long. Then to the bakery to say hi to Eva. We went for a walk in the afternoon to the Makkum beach and a quiet beer.     ... all day so took advantage by sitting outside to have some ice cream, and then sitting on a boat to have a couple of beers at the Beer Museum. I offered to order the beers, before I knew that the name was Texels Skuumkoppe. Not exactly the easiest thing to pronounce for an English speaker, but I got the job done and we enjoyed the beers and scenery.
