... if you wanted. There were so many religious shops selling everything religious you can think of right next to each other. There would have had to be about 100 of them in Lourdes. We also saw so many priests and nuns in full outfits strolling around. Prayers, masses, rosary and confession go all day every day. You can buy candles that are 2m high to put at the alters. ... told us we could come back at 6. Filling in the hour we explored the town to find the thermal springs. All we found was 'locals' sitting around having a smoke, lots of old people with arthritis enjoying the water and not much room in the crowded pools.
