01/09/13.After a wander along the the marina we headed for our new home for the next 7 days. This accom is fabulous & we couldn't be happier with the whole package. It is SO clean, spacious, well appointed, & we are on the third floor with pool & mountain views. Too beautiful!!! It feels like we can really stop, take stock, relax & enjoy being home for a wk. We unpacked, made ourselves at home then headed for the supermarket for stores so ...

About 90 minutes before the racers, there is a caravan of sponsors that come through hyping the crowd and throwing random items ( you know, the usual...key chains, hats, and the ever useful and very French disposable ashtrays). This is followed by an hour ...
