After 2 years working in London the work visa has sadly expired which means it is time for one last Europe trip before flying home to NZ. We had a really lazy start and didn't get up 'till after 9am! A few days ago we bought some Ossenworst which looked interesting (we like to try different things) and we had not had before and it looked like a pate. However when we opened and tried it, it tasted raw. Us being us and don't like to throw things out, John decided to fry it this morning for his breakfast and it was delicious like sausages. I am sure someone can advise ...
