    ... Madame was very grateful and later that evening when her husband came home he insisted on giving us 2 bottles of very good wine as a thank you. We asked him for water! There is a borne here which I think he is able to switch on, so if later that day we still did not have any news, we would ask him to connect us up. She said that I am lucky, and I have no broken bones, but that I have a very serious problem with my tendon (she gave me the exact name in Dutch, but was unable to translate this into English).
