... Although most likely hurt . .. So it was my turn to give away this cute little cap . .. I thought and thought. I would rather NOT give it to my good friends but there was no way I couldn't give it to Barbara! She has grown so much on her bike since the beginning of the summer and trained so hard and you just would not believe how well she has done on this trip! She climbs the hills as well as I do - she has wicked stamina - and even when she is bone tired - ...

We then went to find Grom to have our last gelato in ...

That behind us, we climbed a bit and then had a lovely descent into Acqui Terme. A perfect finishing up ride after that amazing lunch! Back at the hotel, we took a dip in the thermal swimming pool, took showers, and now we are planning our evening off from Ciclismo. We will eat early and VERY little! Until tomorrow . ...
