... to have lunch. We ordered kebabs and found they were served on flat bread, unlike NZ kebabs. They were delicious though and it was nice to have a huge salad in the sunshine. The sauce they put inside them was gorgeous. Walking back we found some neat stores filled with little Trinkets and clever slogans (all in French though) We found the poor students again. Headed off early due to another day of 600 kms +, lots of Autobahns & roadworks as I headed via the Choloy War Cemetery to visit a forgotten Australian pilot who was killed before the Battle of Britain with a DFC.... ... soup, which seemed to take hours to locate. Returning to the campsite via town where we took some photos, we made dinner- an exotic dish of mushroom soup, chickpeas and the leftover frikadellas from last night (we have not yet invented a name for this construction, but it was all that we fancied after eating a chicken for lunch). This was followed by 500g of strawberries with yoghurt. After washing up we read for a while and Syd typed up some blog notes until dark then went to bed.
