      Today the garbage truck came to pick up plastic only! My oma's town hands out special bags in which you can put ALL your plastic waste. So used sandwich bags, empty bottles, packaging etc. This big plastic bag gets picked up every week. You have to hang it off the lamp post, on one of the hooks. This way the garbage/plastic stays off the ground and mice and other rodents can't get in ...

      ... a dirt floor, and they practice using the equipment in the indoor field often. It was my first time seeing a potato harvester. Near this barn, we met some students who were in the truck pulling club. They were building a pickup truck to use for contest, similar to tractor pulls.
