    ... day and we had limited bags, so decided to walk to the hotel and see the sights before we checked in. It is very hard to miss the Chateau of the Ducs du Bretagne and we circled this. It is beautiful, with the moat and drawbridge still in place. But a Chateau in the middle of the town was quite fantastic!

    ... to visit our friend Blanchette, she lives about 2 km from here and she always seems more than happy to see us. On our way back to the house we had to stop and admire the beautiful green spiky chestnuts that will be ready towards the end of September for picking.
