    ... Here we buy some supplies at Carrefours for a picnic lunch, checking out the lovely chateau opposite. I notice some rowers on the river and talk to a fellow from the Royal Club Nautique Sambre et Meuse, which comprised rowing, sailing and tennis!     We left Liege this morning at 10:30 and made excellent time through two locks and 35 km to Huy. On the way the beautiful Belgian scenery was spoiled by derelict industrial facilities beside the river-- very unimpressive for about 20km of the whole trip.     ... taking on the buffet dinner in the dining room. It's pretty yummy food, but a buffet may not be what we need at this point! However we give it our best shot.
