As we were getting closer the weather wasn't getting any better and thoughts of just keep going where at the front of our minds. As we came closer we could see Le Mont sitting amongst the mist and rain. Do we stay or do we go? The next day was New Years Eve. We just waited till 1:00pm to have a late lunch/dinner at a restaurant.

      Now it is 2015, yay.

We skyped family and then we went to a place called Dinan.

We went inside the church and got an English tour.

It took around about an hour. But in my case ...

      ... shells.

St Malo was a cool town surrounded by the old city walls.
We walked the 1.8km along the top of them taking loads of photos of the beautiful view.

The kids just had to climb over the rocks to get to the exposed island at low tide.
Riley and Jordan ran off to climb and the 6 yr old little girl followed, climbing all the slippery and big rocks.
      I don't think ...

      Mad Frenchmen and Mozzies!

... and the temperature is about 26 degrees as of yet I do not miss the rain!

We are going to cycle to the Mont after tea so we can see it lit up and delight in all it has to offer in an evening, including mozzies no doubt!

Well we left the campsite at about 8pm and cycled to the Mont. It was wonderfully lit up and just amazing the closer you get. Being dark we had all donned our flouresent jackets and lights, we will be seen - we looked great!!! Anyway ...
