... Snow Fun. The snow fun was really fun. They had skiing, snow boarding, tobogganing and a zip line. I went on the zip line and then tried skiing. I fell over straight away so I gave to a pass. So I ended up doing tobogganing. It was really fun and I crashed a couple of times. Then after playing in the snow we went back down. When we came back we bought some souvenirs. ... We drove through the Black Forest to the open-air museum at Gutach. We were given a tour by Steffen Unpronounceablesurname of the farmhouse that is the "star" of the museum and the mill. The farmhouse, or Vogtsbauernhof, was built in the early 17th century and housed the farmer and his family, farmhands (the important ones, anyway), and the livestock. Spiez is in central Switzerland, not far from Interlaken and Jugfrau mountain. The drive here was beautiful, especially around Thun and Spiez. The lakes are beautiful and so many people are out and about walking around them - all ages, young and old, families, couples and teenagers.

We stopped at Thun and had a walk around the lake, than another stop in Spiez at the castle on the top of the hill overlooking the lake.

So I would like to be able to say that we are loving every second of the driving and that we wouldn't have it any other way.
