This morning it's off to Jungfrau via train - the highest accessible point in all of Europe standing at 11,333ft!! As you can imagine the altitude can make you feel quite sick so the trip takes 2 1/2 hours via train and you need to drink lots of water and eat chocolate to help with the dizziness and headaches. ...

We walked into town and bought tickets to MURREN. We thought we would wait until we got there before buying tickets to Shilthorn. There was a good view of the valley and the upper meadows, WENGEN etc from the cable car and the cog railway that goes along the ridge. ... that’s about it. We walked passed the cemetery. It wasn’t creepy or dark. It was bright and cheery. Each grave had a patch of colorful flowers growing from it. The little tombstones were stone or wood and the whole complex was green and neatly groomed. We crossed the entire town.
