... sea level. It was minus ten degrees. Freezing! We played in the snow and Cherry made a snow angel. We tried to make a snowman but we were freezing. Another beautiful, clear, sunny morning greeted us so we headed out again to take advantage of this wonderful weather.

... at a time so I went with some random guy from the other Topdeck tour group. It didn't bother me as we were lucky first to go. ... Falls is a thundering flow of glacial meltwater which has carved its way through solid rock. The noise is huge, and the amount of water falling - and the rate it's falling at - has a real feeling of power. I'm incredibly aware I'd be crushed in an instant if I ended up in that water.
