    Monday Oct 19th Election Day in Canada
    It is raining and cold this morning. However the sun come out as we proceed. Just outside of Lindau there are acres and acres of apple trees loaded for picking and Eric wouldn't stop to let me snitch afew.

    The final thing we did on Sunday was drive along the scenic road that winds up and through the Black Forest.     ... know the cause? The Garmin had a little pop up message to tell me, which I thought was neat. So we pressed the detour button, left the motorway and went via back roads to Koblenz. We were soon parked at the great (as usual) bike parking at Deutsches Eck.

    The day we have all been waiting for, Europa Park!! We wanted to make the most of the day which meant dragging ourselves out of bed at 6.30am – what a shock to the system that was (I'm not sure how I will ever go back to work!) We managed to get away not too long after our planned time of 7.45am though so we were pretty happy with our efforts, especially when we saw the traffic that we had to contend with.
