... far as Strasbourg with our gears getting worse and worse so when a British woman offered to take us to a bike shop we didn't decline! Half an hour and 7euros later we were on our way with a choice of gears...luxury! There was so much character in such a little town. From the cobblestone roads to the old architecture to the smell of fresh bread that seemed to follow us everywhere, everything just screamed 'France.' After regathering at 2:45, we were split into three big groups for a walking tour ...

campsite a bit disappointing compared with what we have been at on our travels so far. Not overly friendly, seems more focussed towards French clientele. The surrounds and scenery are beautiful, mountains as far as can be seen. Must be excellent for winter ski season too. Hot still. Summer has certainly hit! ...
