... it. It didn't take long however! Once inside I headed straight to the display case full of cuff links. I found a couple of pairs that I really like, however couldn't make up my mind. I'll head back on Monday and hopefully by then I'll be able to make a choice! Who knows, maybe I'll pick something else up as well as they did have some really nice wallets! That said, if I get too carried away I won't have much need for a wallet will I? After leaving the Swarovski store ...

... did not exist anymore so found a new one sent a text and she arrived soon after.I is our second real couch surfing experience and as always we are overwhelmed at the kindness of strangers. She drove us home, gave us coffee showed us how to get back to the unit, gave us a key then dropped us at Belvedere Palace as we had tickets to see the Art Gallery there.

This was an interesting place to visit with a variety of art ...

... small and 15 hours of walking was definitely enough time to make a pretty good impression of the town. Anyway, off to Austria tomorrow! Dovidenia!

Just realized the date. Can't say I am sad about missing 4/20 in Boulder. Although I could have probably picked a more celebratory place to be in Europe. Amsterdam maybe? Oh well, Slovakia was perfectly adequate to avoid the entire mess. Hope everyone had a good/safe ...

... 10 glasses. And I even got interviewed by the local Slovakian TV news crew! I told them I traveled 10,000 miles just to try Slovakian wine LOL! I wonder if they put me in their news story? The producer said he would.

Well after drinking way too much wine I decided to try some authentic Slovakian food. Not that I needed to since all my relatives are great cooks and I eat it all the time, but I've never had Slovakian food in a restaurant before so ...
