    ... We travelled along the autobahn where trucks and buses have a 100km speed limit but cars have none although it's a bit of an unwritten rule that 200km is the limit for cars.     With a day off in Frankfurt before we pick up the motor home for our European adventure, we took the opportunity to visit my nephew Marcus, his wife Hanna and son Matts. Marcus works for Barclays Bank in Frankfurt, and lives in Darmstadt. We had a pleasant day, catching up with Marcus and family, and Hannah's family who we had met at their wedding in December 2013.

    Steffie and I had a voucher to have dinner at the Fernsehturm in Mannheim, so we eventually got around to making a booking and we went on Tuesday to dine out.
