How lucky am i?
Well it turns out getting invited to weddings I'm good at, but finding a working laundry room not so good.

Very tired of Szczecin
Alongside me in the queue for the 19:05 bus from Berlin Hbf to Szeczin for phase 18.7 (b) of the journey to Warsaw is James. He's on the way from his home in Münster to teach English for a week in the Polish hills. I find out that like me he's into his amateur dramatics as we await the arrival of the 22:00 sleeper train at the train station later. My ream of fudged-together 'tickets' ...

We managed to visit Starbucks and McDonald's for breakfast but had a far more Polish lunch and dinner in one of the typically rustic restaurants in the old town - we almost went elsewhere for dinner but liked our lunch stop so much we returned in the evening for a great meal of pierogi (stuffed Polish dumplings) for me ...

Our last stop was the Maritime Academy on the riverfront, which had gorgeous architectural features. The riverfront itself provided gorgeous views across the city. From there it was only a short walk back to the car, and we headed home to Brollin.
All in all, an exciting day out and definitely a place I'll visit again!

My original plan had been to go to Poland, but my camper stop book does not cover Poland, the budget doesn't cover staying in a campsite every night, and I'm not too sure how I feel about sleeping on the side of the road in Poland, so I opted out and changed course to head south through Germany.
