Two short months ago I was living in the town that looks of a heel (Kimmirut) in the far far away Arctic, falling through snow taller than my knees, dreaming of the perfect Italian experience not knowing where and if it would come. We had little intentions of actually making it too much further south in Italy than Amalfi when we set out on this journey but after asking several Italians where to go and all of them staying Puglia (the region in the heel of ...

I bought two nice whole fish for dinner and some shelled raw mussels. Well I made some mussel fritters for the entree and fried the whole fish with seasoning and fresh basil for our main. Both a success story with a nice salad!!
