A travel blog entry by sueesposito on Jun 17, 2014

We had a better sleep last night and we were greeted by chocolate cake and fruit tart. Don wrapped some quickly in serviettes to have for later. Our day trip to the beach of Marina di Giosiva Ionoca begins. We dropped into a large shopping centre first and found a Maccas. I had some fruit salad and Don a coffee. The girl who served us had parents living in Adelaide. We then went to the beach area which had the umbrellas etc and a grey type ...

I went to the Farmicia by myself to get some allergy tablets and after signing, role playing etc We understood each other. We were the only foreigners in town. When we ...

Before we could reach it we had to pay for the use of the road so far. €10 later we got into town. It is very stressful going into towns when you don't know where you are going. A trip including a lunch break needs 1 1/2 hours. The bar we stopped at had heaps of men coming in standing at a bar and having an espresso with aqua. Don ordered lunch mine was ...

... to the dining room for a faultless meal. Dons Italian got us a bottle of Brut when we were hoping for a C******nay. Back in our room they had turned the covers back. You could see the cruise ships docking in the morning as the sun rose. The next morning we took the shuttle bus to Vietri sul Mare beach. It was so busy and as the Italians are reluctant to use the air con in their cars we opened the windows. The cars were banked back trying to get a ...
