Prague was beautiful. I have heard so many people say that Prague is their #1 European city, and I completely understand why. Every which way I turned there was beautiful architecture, great smelling food, and the pivo is clearly flooding the streets (Prague consumes 1.5L of beer per capita per day). It was quite a different feel after Bratislava, and after my free walking tour, I found out why.

For dinner we shared two Czech specialties: Roasted pork knee and Goulash. Both were delicious.

After dinner we were ready to come back home for a good night's sleep- but we took a quick detour for some gelato first. We will all sleep well tonight. Hopefully we adjust quickly to the time and wake up well-rested tomorrow. We begin with a private tour of the Jewish Quarter at 10 AM tomorrow. I am so excited for that!

Our review follows of La Degustation Boheme Bourgeoisie
It was amazing a degustation menu. We chose the smaller 6 course rather than the 10 course. The menu (see photo ) lists each courses ingredients but until it appears at the table you have no idea of how it will be presented / prepared. The ...
