Hello all. Well I'm back from my Christmas break in Canada. My time was well spent with my family. I was able to make it out ice fishing a couple of times, visited friends and had a Family Fire Fun Day to boot! Those are always my favourite. We all had a wonderful Christmas present with my newest nephew, Jaxon being born. Last week, we got our T.V all set up AND just a few days later we were lucky enough to get a fouton the same day that we emailed the lady about it...and she even delivered!
We are very happy.
So, I get the impression that Raclette is really French. In my classes my students have asked me if I have tasted it yet and my teachers tell me that it is something I have to do before I leave of course.....I get a lot of that, "you HAVE to do this before you leave!"
