... called La Grande Josiane - as the marketing said, a union of strength and softness, the result of a subtle blend of Armagnac and natural orange extracts - this made Grand Marnier look like Orange Barley water.  Aromas of marmalade with the warmth of Armagnac and caramel, coffee and chocolate undertones.  Man, a Crepe Suzette with this would be divine! This morning we awoke to another dark morning and after what has been voted the WORST French breakfast..we set off on our walk for the day ...... 20 km.. Just as a reminder... This was the gite communal that was being run by the two elderly French men as volunteers for the week... We stayed there with Martin the German man from near Munich... We helped the elderly men with the cooking and reparation.. They were both really funny old characters..much teasing and laughter with the elderly men... I cooked the potatoes that they were going ...

We walked the 11 km to Nogaro ..where we met terry who had gone with the bag man...the walk was fine...
