... To our dismay, there was no good tacos or guacamole to be found. Lots of great street food though! Afterward our tour we headed back for a very, very, too brief rest at the apartment.

The four of us reconvened later in the day at the Champs-Elysees a few blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. Our dinner reservations were nearby so we slowly walked that way stopping for gelato, pictures of the Arc, to window shop at Louis Vuitton ...

Actually it was not too ...

The apartment is on the top floor but it is not like a pent house.

We caught a Metro underground to the Arc de Triomphe and the big street Champs Elysee.

We found a playground we had to stay in there for 45 min. I was a bit sad that my Mum and Dad weren't allowed in. Then ...

We have been blessed with incredibly beautiful days--bright and sunny, with cool breezes, just begging for garden visits. The Jardin du Luxembourg drew lots of visitors, enjoying strolling, or just sitting and enjoying the flowers. Back in a secluded corner, you can hear the buzzing before you see the source: one of the world's oldest beekeeping operations, preparing for a Honey Festival at the end of the ...
