Problems encountered no freeway signs to the ferry and either we missed or 4 pair of eyes did not see exit which Lois had at hand...San Giovanni. Gary in fact did get us off the freeway at the right exit but it went uphill and into the never land with no ...

... seemed pathetically brief in comparison to his 36 hour journey! I arrived first, and purchased a bottle of the local red, bread and cheese, not knowing in what condition he would arrive. He arrived resplendent in a pink shirt, still sporting the beard, which had been tastefully trimmed since his performance as a drunken expat in The Riders! And he looked remarkably alert. He opted for the red wine rather than the shower, so I knew he must be feeling fine. ...
