On Wednesday... I slept in 'till 8:30am, then had a scrumptious breakfast of pastries and bene (good) Italian caffe. Car hire for 3 days over
Left siena with noddy, our car hire for 3days, fiat panda, just fitting in our bags. Headed off to chianti sculpture park, approx 30large pieces placed in woodland of visual delight. Pieces by artists from all countries and other pieces in owners premises which was an old pottery furnace. This building was incredible and the views, wow. Leaving Assisi
This morning we leave Assisi for Florence, with a certain sense of sadness. It has been a very precious time, of walking, eating, talking, reflecting and being.
