Personally I found this ride very hard today, the first 4 of 5 kms seemed quite bearable but the last eight was a battle, Our form man Shane kept a great pace and finished strongly, Nat as usual cruised up the climb with that all day smile....

Trust your enjoying the posts form our cycling adventure.....I have been in stitches with the gold coming from Andrew ....he is our resident blogger and has set a very high bench mark!

After our short warm up ride yesterday we venture to the really big hills TODAY.....and there will be a tale or two to tell.......

Our crew of 8 has become a TT Tour team of 13 riders, one hiker and the famous crew ...

... delivered the next day or so. EP hired a bike but Bazza will need to wear the same clothes for a while yet.

Pete and Bazz were now happy – and we went to lunch and then had a bike ride.

That night we had a superb meal of a very high standard.

Peche au Jurancon en Melba was a highlight dish.

... run with a nice atmosphere, a bar and 16E per night with electricity. Next day I caught the shuttle bus into the Ordesa Gorge and spent 8 hours walking along it and back. It was a stunning place, different to the previous park because it had no lakes, just a shallow river running down it. The scale of the gorge was immense. No photos can really bring across the hugeness of it, but if you look carefully at the shot looking back down the gorge, those little dots are people. I walked ...
